These Terms of Service govern use of the Pawelvo online store at pawelvo.com. Pawelvo is the store and brand name, the launch market is the United States, and email support is available at support@pawelvo.com.
Products and availability
Descriptions and images help customers evaluate products. Availability may change, and adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. We may correct genuine errors or update information, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. The checkout price plus disclosed taxes or charges is submitted through the payment provider presented at checkout. A genuine pricing error may be corrected before order acceptance; if payment was taken for an order we cannot accept, it will be refunded.
Order acceptance and cancellation
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; acceptance occurs when confirmed for fulfillment or shipped. We may decline or cancel for legitimate reasons such as unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure, obvious error or inability to deliver. If canceled after payment, the amount charged is refunded. Cancellation may be requested through support but cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Shipping
Shipping is available within the United States only and is free. Order processing takes 2–5 business days, followed by an estimated 7–10 business days in transit. Estimated total delivery time is 9–15 business days. Times are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking is provided when available. See the Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds
Contact support@pawelvo.com before returning anything. Authorization and instructions are required; unauthorized returns may not be accepted. See Returns & Refunds. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
Product warranty support
Where a product-specific warranty is stated, technical problems are reviewed first and troubleshooting assistance may be provided by video or documentation. Any remedy depends on the applicable warranty, issue review and instructions provided; replacement or refund is not automatic. See the Warranty page. When PAWELVO requests and authorizes a return for an eligible damage, defect, or incorrect-item claim, authorized return shipping is handled as stated in the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, use it unlawfully or infringe others’ rights. The Pawelvo name, site design, original text, graphics and other store content are owned by or licensed to the operator and protected by applicable law. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted; no other rights are granted without written permission.
Reasonable limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Pawelvo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss where exclusion is lawful. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and contact
