This Warranty applies to the HJ350-D22 sold by PAWELVO.
One-Year Warranty
The HJ350-D22 includes a one-year warranty and technical troubleshooting support for product issues.
Warranty Requests and Troubleshooting
To request support, email support@pawelvo.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. PAWELVO may request reasonably necessary photos or videos to review the issue.
Technical problems are reviewed first, and troubleshooting assistance may be provided by video or documentation. Any remedy depends on the applicable warranty, review of the issue and the instructions provided. Repair, replacement or refund is not automatic.
Returns and Shipping
Do not send a product to any address unless PAWELVO has authorized the return and provided instructions. When PAWELVO requests and authorizes a return for an eligible damage, defect or incorrect-item claim, PAWELVO will cover the authorized return shipping cost.

Relationship to the 30-Day Claim Procedure
The 30-day claim procedure for products that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect does not shorten the stated one-year warranty.
Mandatory Rights
This Warranty does not limit any warranty, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable federal or state law.
